Bio
Rya Conrad-Bradshaw is Senior Director, Advisory Services & Business Lead, where she leads client engagements on building inclusive talent pipelines, forming new targeted hiring programs, and changing internal practices to increase economic equity. She previously served as Vice President and Managing Director at Fullbridge, an education technology company connecting higher ed to the workforce, and as a strategy consultant at McKinsey. She earned her MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
