Keylin supports clients through research and strategy in building inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.
He has a passion for seeking justice and creating equity in spaces where it did not previously exist. After spending five years with Year Up serving in admissions and program management, he developed experience in creating stronger recruitment and human capital strategies, and project management skills.
Keylin has used his time to volunteer with several organizations. These opportunities have consisted of serving with the Obama Foundation in civic engagement opportunities for the City of Boston, and designing career development courses for Year Up alumni with Accenture and New Sector Alliance. He has also served as an alumni steward for the Year Up Boston alumni board.
He enjoys playing basketball, roller-skating, watching Harry Potter and rap battles, and finding new local restaurants.
