Jessica oversees Grads of Life’s efforts to help companies measure the impact of implementing inclusive talent practices. She brings more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of evaluation and systems change, having previously led measurement and evaluation for Community Solutions, a national nonprofit supporting 200-plus U.S. and international communities in their efforts to end homelessness.
When not working, Jessica loves exploring Chicago on foot, trying new recipes and restaurants, and tending to her growing houseplant collection.
