Tori helps lead Grads of Life’s thought leadership and content strategy. She is dedicated to creating a movement of inclusive employers and supporting companies in their journey to measure diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) impact.
Tori comes to the Grads of Life team from Year Up Charlotte, where she served as an external relations manager and most recently worked on the corporate engagement team as the local partnership lead for Bank of America. In addition to her time with Year Up, Tori brings years of professional experience in project management, partner relations, and driving systemic change through data in education and workforce systems.
She holds a Master of Arts in urban education policy from Brown University and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her free time, Tori enjoys discovering new restaurants, spending time with family, and writing children’s books.
