As a director on the client services team, Terry works alongside clients to implement inclusive talent practices that benefit employers and the communities and industries in which they operate.
Terry is an 18-year veteran of strategic enrollment management for private and public colleges and universities. Her passion for promoting access to education, skills development and work-based learning experiences created a natural progression to her current work with employers to implement skills-based hiring and advancement strategies. Additionally, she brings her experience as a college professor to her current role by designing and delivering transformative learning sessions and facilitating vibrant learning communities and communities of practice.
Terry holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in education and social policy from Northwestern University.
