Ebony leads Strategic Growth and Operations with a focus on building processes and infrastructures that will anchor and enhance Grads of Life’s operational excellence and advisory practice. Ebony began her career on Wall Street at Goldman Sachs and went on to work for Fannie Mae. Prior to joining Grads of Life, Ebony spent over 13 years as a leader at Booz Allen Hamilton specializing in strategic organizational transformation, change management, and business development. There, she served as a thought leader in the development of actionable solutions for an array of clients including the Department of Defense (DoD), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Beyond delivering high quality client-service, Ebony has long been committed to leading successful firm-wide diversity efforts and has been instrumental in shaping programming for Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and ensuring that diverse corporate populations have the advocacy, access, and sponsorship to succeed. Ebony has an extensive history providing pro-bono support to enhance operations and further the mission of several non-profits. She proudly sits on the Boards of Per Scholas, Washington Performing Arts Society (WPA), and The Campaign School at Yale (TCSY).

Ebony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Spelman College and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) through Georgetown University, and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt through Dartmouth College. Ebony has received numerous awards including her most recent designation as the winner of Consulting Magazine’s 2023 Global Leader Award for Excellence in DEI Programming. Ebony enjoys cooking, golfing, and interior design.
