Kelly supports Grads of Life’s work to build a national movement of inclusive employers through research and content development. She brings years of experience in field-building and driving collective action in the social innovation space, most recently at New Profit Inc. and its public policy coalition, America Forward. She is passionate about driving broad, systemic change by centering the voices and experiences of those for whom the system isn’t working. When not working, she loves to cook and watch stand-up comedy.
