Annaliese Calhoun is Director, Design and Operations, overseeing the development of Grads of Life’s Advisory & Design Services. She leads or supports teams as they guide organizations through collaborative strategy engagements to create hiring on-ramps and up-ramps for Opportunity Talent.
Her role allows her integrate her 15+ years of varied career experiences, including social sector strategy consulting with The Bridgespan Group, evaluation and sustainability planning with state public health departments, and managing young adult training programs. She finds great fulfillment in partnering with organizations to make sense of their talent challenges and adopt practices that promote economic and racial equity in their systems and staffing.
She holds a Master of Social Work focused in System Dynamics and Management from Washington University in St. Louis and graduated magna cum laude with a BA from Brown University. She loves learning new things and has also earned a number of certificates in topics ranging from the Enneagram and training facilitation to design thinking for innovation. When not at work, you can find her exploring new hikes, immersed in a book, or spending time with friends.
