Beth is a partner on the Grads of Life team and leads client engagements in building inclusive talent practices. She is also responsible for finance and operations for Grads of Life. Beth has led strategy and operations work for Grads of Life’s and Year Up’s systems change efforts since 2016.
Before joining Year Up, Beth worked in various roles in charter schools and on Capitol Hill for Sen . Christopher Dodd. She holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado.
