Elisha Gilliam
Chief Talent Networks Officer
Elisha Gilliam is a seasoned social impact leader and strategist with over 25 years of experience in developing and implementing innovative programs and policies to improve life outcomes for marginalized children, families, and communities. In 2019, Elisha joined Year Up United to support the organization’s goal of creating innovative solutions to broaden its reach and increase access to career pathways for Opportunity Talent. Currently serving as the Chief, Talent Networks Officer at Year Up United, Elisha provides executive oversight for Grads of Life and the Talent Networks teams, charged with shaping and executing strategies that build strategic partnerships, and creates sustainable programming through community-based organizations and employers.

Ebony D. Thomas
Managing Partner
Ebony leads Strategic Growth and Operations with a focus on building processes and infrastructures that will anchor and enhance Grads of Life’s operational excellence and advisory practice. Ebony began her career on Wall Street at Goldman Sachs and went on to work for Fannie Mae. Prior to joining Grads of Life, Ebony spent over 13 years as a leader at Booz Allen Hamilton specializing in strategic organizational transformation, change management, and business development. There, she served as a thought leader in the development of actionable solutions for an array of clients including the Department of Defense (DoD), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
