Grads of Life and Bain & Company Provide Research on DEI Best Practices & Measurement

Grads of Life and Bain & Company offer strategies as businesses consider how to begin evaluating the impact of DEI best practices.

Following the release of the Ten Proven Actions to Advance Diversity, Equity & Inclusion report in August 2021, Grads of Life and Bain & Company are continuing to collaborate through a new stream of content focusing on helping corporate America understand important nuances related to building and sustaining inclusive talent strategies.

The first piece in the series, released in November 2021, highlights DEI efforts that are commonly under-measured, and the opportunity they present for employers to apply a more rigorous approach to measuring the impact of their DEI work. The piece explores four actions companies may already be taking to improve DEI outcomes, and how employers can ensure a greater return on their investments by ensuring actions are implemented in the strongest possible ways and utilizing consistent methods to evaluate their effectiveness.
