Over the past five years, Annaliese has helped build Grads of Life’s advisory and design services, creating internal tools, methodologies and processes to enable exemplary client services. She also leads and coaches teams as they guide companies through collaborative strategy engagements focused on increasing talent diversity through their hiring, advancement and retention practices. Past talent strategy clients include Bank of America, Hyatt, American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and Blackstone. In addition, Annaliese oversees the development of Grads of Life’s data and analytics products, such as the Skills-First Navigator and Skills-First Accelerator.
Her role allows her to integrate her 15-plus years of varied career experiences, including social sector strategy consulting with the Bridgespan Group, evaluation and sustainability planning with state public health departments, and managing young adult training programs. She finds great fulfillment in partnering with organizations to make sense of their talent challenges and adopt practices that promote economic and racial equity in their systems and staffing.
She holds a master’s degree in social work focused in system dynamics and management from Washington University in St. Louis and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Brown University. She loves learning new things and has also earned a number of certificates in topics ranging from the Enneagram Personality types and training facilitation to design thinking for innovation.
When not at work, you can find her exploring new hikes, immersed in a book, or spending time with friends.
