Erica supports the design, operationalization and evaluation of Grads of Life’s services through product development, project management and process improvements.
Erica joined Grads of Life after 2.5 years of serving as an associate director of corporate engagement at Year Up, where she built and grew partnerships with leading companies in the Bay Area to host and hire Year Up interns into meaningful wage careers. Prior to her career in workforce development, Erica spent seven years at HotelTonight, then a startup (now acquired by Airbnb), in both operations and relationship management roles.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Stanford University, and is a lover of live music, community radio and the San Francisco Public Library.
