Equity & Career Advancement: Insights from Underrepresented Employees

Between the ongoing impacts of the pandemic and the Great Resignation, employers across all industries are facing a challenging labor market and working hard to retain their talent. In this report, Grads of Life surveyed nearly 2,000 diverse workers from workforce development program Year Up United to understand their needs, priorities and challenges around career advancement and how employers can take action to support them.
