Catherine advises clients to build inclusive talent practices from inception to implementation. She is passionate about systems and design thinking, which she utilizes in her work from her early career as a product manager to workforce development, and now within DEI consulting. She believes pairing deep empathy, collaboration, and a solutions-oriented approach will create impactful change over time.
Catherine holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame. She currently lives in Los Angeles, CA with her spouse and young child.
