7-Second Resume Statement
In my first job in a social services agency in the Bronx, I had the opportunity to listen to family’s stories and hear their “why”. From that moment, this strengthened my ability to listen more intently, understand the “why” behind what they are experiencing and to use that skill to develop solutions, as necessary. Everyone has a story – I am here to listen.
