Growing up with a passion for social and racial justice, I have learned to leverage my skillset in strategy and business fundamentals with my desire to change systems in order to create meaningful impact.
Alisa Seewald Paul currently serves as Senior Director, Advisory Services. Prior to this role, she was the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations for Year Up’s Innovation, Influence, and Impact team which managed the Grads of Life brand externally. She also served as the Founding Site Director of Year Up New York City’s first Professional Training Corp site at the Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC). She served as Year Up’s first Chief of Staff where she helped lead the organization, manage the direction and focus of the Senior Executive Team, partner with the CEO to lead the priorities of the executive office, and set the strategic direction for Year Up’s National Board of Directors. Prior to Year Up, she worked as a consultant and Certified Fraud Examiner in Pricewaterhouse Cooper’s Advisory Services division. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
